The Hall often takes advantage of her skills, deploying her on several missions to attend to the needs of refugees. Shimazu is considered one of the more respected and capable Blue sisters, and was one of the high ranking sisters who followed Valia Corgarin into exile during the reign of Elsbedhe Bodwell.
