Tiaza Rosoinde

• Character Summary - Imposing and attractive, with fierce black eyes and long red hair, Tiaza Rosoinde is a Saldaean lord’s granddaughter, for all that such lofty origins are ignored by the Tower. Tiaza is a newly raised Blue, and has been taken under wing by Aloris Cadrille's, acting as her amanuensis and secretary. It is believed that Aloris uses Tiaza as an inlet into the mood and temperament among the younger sisters. Tiaza is notorious as a prankster, and her mischievous nature impeded her progress as an Accepted.

• Character Description - A tall, splendidly built young woman, with a full bosom, long legs and wide hips, Tiaza Rosoinde is unmistakably Saldaean, with long, flowing red hair the color of copper, and fierce black eyes, tilted slightly to either side of her bold presumptuous nose. She wears a sleekly tailored dress of azure-coloured satin, with a high neck in the Maradon style, with a small trim of flounced Tuvain lace, and long sleeves; the skirts are divided for riding, and thick golden embroidery makes out a leafy, scrolling array on her lower sleeves and upper bodice, sewn with pearls. Her hair is worn loose and flowing past her shoulders to the small of her back, pushed back by a set of carved jade combs, and she wears large golden hoops at her ears. A fine sapphire on a long gold chain hangs in the center of her breast, and her Great Serpent ring gleams golden on her strong hand. Heeled riding boots add inches to her impressive height, and she wears an incongruously large serpentine dagger on her waist.

• Aloris Cadrille: an Aes Sedai of the Blue Ajah. The reserved and secretive First Counselor of the Blue Ajah, Aloris Cadrille's position is one of the most closely held secrets in the White Tower. Long regarded as one of the most esteemed sisters of the White Tower, she has never held a public position of authority, but still has mastery of Whiter Tower politics, despite her near-cloistered existence. Born to Cairhienin merchants in the town of Selean, along the Silk Path, nearly one hundred and seventy years ago, Aloris was generally assumed, by the Tower at large, to be a rather unexceptional sister, although albeit a very intelligent one. The exact timing of her installation as First Counselor is unknown, but believed to be within the last ten years. Aloris is suitable effective speaker, yet only moderately strong in the Power, and has still managed to attain respect and stature through long years of wise counsel and initiative. Tiaza Rosoinde has been taken under wing by Aloris Cadrille's, acting as her amanuensis and secretary.
