• Character Description - A stout, full-breasted woman, with a strong jaw and blazing green eyes, Masiro Ragun's dark blonde hair is frosted heavily with white, making her âged indeed, for an Aes Sedai. She wears a dress of dark brown satin, cut in the Kandori style, with a high waist and long sleeves. An embroidered sash of cream colored silk is knotted at the small of her back, trailing down her rear skirts. Embroidery making out tufted pine boughs is worked heavily across the bodice and down the sleeves, with more sprawling around the skirts, the embroidery in golden and white threads. She wears her hair gathered at the temples by a pair clips carved from sardonyx, and falling well down her back. A necklace of heavy gold links and flat sunstones rests across her impressive décolletage, and matching pieces pend at her ears. Her Great Serpent ring shines on her, dare we say, ink-stained hand, for all that the rest of her appearance is neat and splendid. Masiro wears her formal shawl, long silky fringe the color of rich earth accentuating her stride with its movements.

Long regarded as one of the most esteemed sisters of the White Tower, she has never held a public position of authority, but still has mastery of Whiter Tower politics, despite her near-cloistered existence. Born to Cairhienin merchants in the town of Selean, along the Silk Path, nearly one hundred and seventy years ago, Aloris was generally assumed, by the Tower at large, to be a rather unexceptional sister, although albeit a very intelligent one. The exact timing of her installation as First Counselor is unknown, but believed to be within the last ten years. Aloris is suitable effective speaker, yet only moderately strong in the Power, and has still managed to attain respect and stature through long years of wise counsel and initiative.
