Character Description - Lanky and long-limbed, Sarena Dagoyin is a tall Kandori, with honey-brown hair and bright green eyes. Her long hair falls in waves past her shoulders, held from her eyes by a ribband of red velvet. Sarena wears a dress of elegant tailoring, with a high waist and long sleeves, cut from deep brown wool, worked with white and crimson embroidery on the sleeves and upper bodice. Her belt is softly tooled red leather, and matching boots peek from beneath the hems of her divided skirts. At her waist hangs a dirk in a scuffed leather sheaf, a rough soldier's knife and one that has seen use in its time. A purse of soft washed leather hangs opposite. Sarena wears her formal shawl, the long silky fringe the color of freshly spilt blood, and her Great Serpent ring is worn on the third finger of her left hand, as she is missing her second.

Eilande Fioneiven: A Red Sister of Cairhien, born to poverty in the Cairhienin hill-town of Ibaswael o'er a hundred years ago, Eilande has trascended her lowly origins to become an elegant and poised Red sister. Eilande was cultivated by the Blue Ajah, particularly by Aloris Cadrille, when an Accepted, but she was moved by one of her rare Foretellings to petition the Reds upon her raising, adding additional tension between the two Ajah, for her reasons were never announced. Considered something of a renegade, Eilande is treated as something of a wayward daughter by the Red Ajah superiors, who try to keep her under-thumb. To avoid such, Eilande travels extensively and often without sanction.
