-
Position - Aes Sedai of the Green Ajah.
-
Affiliation - Green Ajah, White Tower
-
Character Summary - Notorious even among her sister Greens for her volatile temperament, Rasuna is a darkly beautiful Arafellin, with long black hair and snapping dark eyes. Rasuna is the daughter of a ranger and woodsman in the forests of Soldana, and she is skilled and woodcraft and tracking, as well as being a masterful huntress. Rasuna has a cadre of novices and Accepted who admire and emulate her, for all that she spends virtually no time in the Tower, dabbling in world affairs like a Blue. A protégé of Tianan Tanches, Rasuna often completes secret errands for the Sitter. Word has it that Rasuna has the ability to see ta'veren, and she does seem to have taken note in Aniah Reyn, a newly arrived novice who seems phenomenally lucky. Rasuna is bonded to three warders, each of whom is believed to be her lover.

Nationality - Arafellin

Character Description - Not overly tall, yet with a full, womanly frame, Rasuna Bayani is known for her volatile personality and ferocious rages. She is darkly beautiful, with hair falling in ebony waves well past her shoulders, framing a face with smoldering brown eyes and lips the color of wine. Young-seeming and mischievous, she still bears the unmistakable ageless appearance of an Aes Sedai, making it impossible to set an age to her. She wears a compliment of fine silver bells strewn through her hair, each suspended from a gossamer silver chain, and a silver collar around her neck. Her tailored riding dress is night blue satin, with a square neckline and long sleeves, both trimmed in fine lace from Solinde. The skirts are divided, and worked in gold and green satin thread in a pattern of ivies and vines near the hems, with matching embroidery all across the snug bodice. Teardrop-shaped moonstones set in gold hang from her ears, and her Great Serpent ring gleams on her finger, bright against her dusky skin. Rasuna wears a thick cape of white rabbit, lined with silvery satin, over her dress, and steel-backed riding gauntlets are tucked behind her belt, ready to be donned.

Associates:
- Leryin Thural:
A slim, pretty-faced Ghealdanin, Leryin Sedai is a member of the Blue Ajah, but remains on excellent terms with Rasuna. Less than one month apart in age, they became friends from their time as Accepted together. Leryin is one of the most powerful sisters in generations, yet she downplays her strength and, for the moment, assists Sielle Goravina, one of the Sitters for the Blue, as her secretary.
- Esma Lewhin:
A rarity indeed, Esma Lewhin is an Amadician sister who was secreted from her homeland in a roll of carpets when her mother and the local herb-wife realized that she had the inborn spark. Esma has joined the Green Ajah and is a close associate of Rasuna. She is beleived to have the amazingly rare ability to make angreal, and spends much of her days working closely with the sisters of the Brown Ajah. Stilll, for all her scholarly ways, she is remarkable tactical thinker and has demonstrated her ability on the battlefield.
- Rhees Bendley:
Rhees Gaidin is the son of Andoran innkeepers who sought a life in the wider world, and enlisted in the Queen's Guard. He petitioned Rasuna to take his service when they met during the most recent Succession in Andor.
- Alshen Renaevin:
Alshen is believed to be the illegitimate son of a Cairhienin lord, cast out from his old life by the lady of the manor. He enrolled in the Warder Academy, and was taken on as a warder by Rasuna. He follows the Way of the Blade.
- Tumad Azbedhe:
A gruff warrior from Saldaea, Tumad was the bannerman for his liege Lord Ridar of House Ladzani, who was slain in the Aiel War. Grievously wounded in the Battle of the Shining Walls, he was Healed by Rasuna and pledged her service in return.
- Tamiko Banoyin:
A strapping young Kandori Accepted, Tamiko was born of impoverished goatherds deep in the Black Hills and is known to be a woman who will cuff you to make a point, an unfortunate habit that the Mistress of Novices despairs over breaking her out of. Rasuna Bayani has taken Tamiko on as her protégé and she accompanied her as a travelling companion from time to time.
- Aniah Reyn:
With her red-brown hair and blue eyes, Aniah can be nothing other than a young Aielwoman, for all that she was raised by Sheinaran farmers in the Aiel Marches. Her origins before that are a mystery, and the Amyrlin herself has decreed that she is to be unmolested as Aniah studies as a novice of the White Tower, and has tasked Rasuna with taking a personal interest in her progress.
