Anandrin ibn Muzadaar

• Position - Aes Sedai of the White Ajah.
• Character Summary - A senior White sister, born of Tarabonner nobility, Anandrin Sedai is a woman of much influence in the Tower, for she is widely acknowledged as a brilliant reasoner of impeccable logic. In addition to the classes she teaches, Anandrin Sedai spends her time translating philosphical treatises and texts from the Old Tongue into Common. She is currently assigned to Caemlyn at the court of Queen Ewelyne to assist the Tower Ambassadors, Simoene Alvaewhin, Katherielle Dorasu and Jacelain sur Eiron.

• Character Description - A woman of utmost dignity, Anadrin ibn Muzadaar is Tarabonner, or so it seems, with her silvery hair done up in an array of thin braids, each tipped in bits of carved ivory and lapis lazuli, in turn, gathered and coiled over one shoulder. Her dress is snowy white satin, tailored to de-emphasize her motherly figure, with a high collar trimmed in frothy lace from Merucia. A loose mandelion of sheer blue-gray voile is worn atop the dress, its folds and drapes confusing the eye, as Anandrin is no longer a limber young woman. Anandrin Sedai wears an empress' dowry in pearls, a wide necklace spilling across her shoulders and bosom, pearls spaced with beads of lapis and aquamarine, with matching cuffs at each wrist. Despite her hair, Anadrin's wintry visage is clear and youthful, her honey-brown eyes alert yet tinged with wisdom. Her Great Serpent is a bright flash of gold on her left hand.

• Simoene Alvaewhin: A young Cairhienin White, Simoene was given a rigorous education by her father, a tutor to the wealthy in Cairhien, prior to arriving in Tar Valon. She was discovered by Suraya Ashalde of the White Ajah, after she fled her home after a scandal to preserve her father's reputation. While an Accepted, she was an attendant to Jiranya Tansaya, the elderly former First Reasoner, who is beleived to have placed in her hands a ‘secret legacy' as she lay dying. She is a well-traveled sister, close with many Browns, with a hobby of collecting artifacts and interviewing scholars in the Great Cities, earning her the derision of her more stationary and sedate sisters of her own Ajah. She is currently stationed in Caemlyn at the Amyrlin's direction. Anandrin serves as advisor of sorts towards Simoene at the Royal Court in Caemlyn.
