• Character Summary - A talented, newly raised Yellow sister, Belavaere was born to Cairhienin innkeepers in Aine Darest. Cultivated by Aznaya Taim of the Yellow Ajah while an Accepted, she now serves as her aide and amaneusis uponh her recent raising to the shawl.

• Character Description - Young and slender, the Cairhienin-born Belavaere Aindevin looks like a pretty-faced damsel fresh from a country hamlet, and not an Aes Sedai. Newly raised enough to lack the mysterious ageless guise of her sisters, Belavaere is attractive enough to turn a few heads, with a pale complexion, large brown eyes and a sweet pink mouth. Her glossy black hair is worn in a loose coil at the nape of her neck, a rustic style, and clasped by a bit of carved wood in the shape of an oak leaf and acorn. Her dress is simply cut yet finely made, creamy yellow wool, decoratively embroidered in blue and green thread around the cuffs and high prim neckline, touched just so by a wisp of Maldine lace. Small pearls are clipped on her ears, and her Great Serpent ring shines brightly on her dainty hand. She wears her fringed formal shawl as if to remind observers that she too is an Aes Sedai, with long shining yellow silken fringe.

• Aznaya Taim: An Aes Sedai of the Yellow Ajah. An esteemed, agêd Yellow sister, she is a close partisan of Rigan a'Vorhan of the Green Ajah. Aznaya Sedai was raised to her seat to fill the vacancy caused by Elsbedhe Bodwell's summary dismissal of Tezanya Vadanyar, becoming one of her most vocal supporters. It was Aznaya Sedai who discovered Shella Mathis of the Yellow Ajah, whom she took on as protégé, and has been guiding her career ever since. Belavaere serves as her aide and amaneusis.
